| Etiquette Systems is focused on providing affordable manufacturing label solutions to North American manufacturers, who represent a market segment with, perhaps, the most diverse label requirements in the world. Manufacturing labels are designed to be affixed to or integrated into products like machine parts, and they're usually meant to last as long as the component. Auto parts are one example of a non-commodity product that requires a tough, long-lasting manufacturing label, one that can both provide manufacturer information and serve as a method of inventory control. A good manufacturing label will also allow for easy component tracking as a product makes its way through the manufacturing process. |

Manufacturing labels can take many forms, ranging from injected-molded nameplates and sub-printed polycarbonate overlays to
anodized stamped aluminum and plasticized labels.
Whichever form you choose, we guarantee that your manufacturing labels will remain attached for the life of the product, and will always reflect top quality. While esthetics are never far from our minds as we design and produce your manufacturing labels, we never forget how important durability is both to you and your customers: we realize that these labels are emblems of quality, and that they should be as durable as anything you produce. As such, some even have to stand up to high heat (as for example those used in the manufacture of tires), or damaging chemical and mechanical environments, like auto part and lumber labels. But don´t worry: we´ve got the manufacturing label process down pat, and can provide any design, ink, and feedstock that meets your specifications. |

- circuit board / electronic labels : usually bar-coded but can be supplied blank, ready to be variably printed and more importantly resistant to high temperature extremes created by wave solders.
- tamper-proof / security seal & labels : a dependable method of assuring authenticity through a label product by means of various features such as ‘void void’ indication to destructible vinyl.
- automotive labels : generally imaged with bar-codes or lot numbers to identify manufacturer, recalls, warranty work, inventory, drawing for final assembly, etc. Labels can conform to AIAG or GM 1724 standards and most are resistant to high heat, gas, oil, brake fluid, etc. Essentially these labels need to last as long as the vehicle.
- sub-printed overlays : an ultimate product to resistant surface abrasion, impact and UV light. Overlays are designed to be applied to equipment to protect LCD displays and indicate controls. Overlays can also me integrated as membrane switches.
- plastic and metal name plates : ideal for extreme durability requirements and can offer more 3D design alternatives to flat label mediums. Can be molded or stamped in many colors and configuration.
- warning labels : making your products as safe as possible if the hazard is not obvious. Warning labels can act as a deterrent or guard communicating danger and reducing harm. Ideal for consumer appliances that require electricity, drugs, swimming pools, machinery, etc.
- product labels: not all products challenge labels to withstand the test of time. In some cases once the product is sold the label is discarded as is the packaging. In other cases the label acts a component of the packaging and is designed not only to communicate information but also to physically seal in goods. Regardless, product labels are meant to last as long as required to fully market you’re your product and keep it identified through out its use.
