Double–Sided Window Decals
As long as there are businesses, there will be a need for the double-sided window decal. Not only can they advertise the business itself, window decals can also be used to make customers aware that the business accepts certain credit cards or offers specific product brands. Because they´re double-sided, they can be seen on both sides of a glass door or window equally well.
Automobiles also sport the occasional window decal. School and apartment complex parking permits, for example, are often car window decals, and can be added or removed as necessary. Other common car and truck window decals are the little “service due” decals that auto service centers stick on your windshield, so that you´ll know when your next oil change is due. And, of course, if you own a pickup truck, you´re likely to want to dress up that plain back window with a truck window decal pledging your allegiance to your favorite sports team.
Double-sided window decals come in several varieties. Most are printed on a thin sheet of vinyl (or similar material) with the image on both sides. One side is coated with a transparent adhesive, then covered with a split backing that can be easily removed. All you need to do is peel off the backing and apply the decal to the glass. Some decals don´t use an adhesive at all – – they´re made of a clingy material that sticks to glass by static cling alone. Needless to say, this makes them very easy to apply and remove as necessary.
